Billing

See which plan the workspace is on, what each plan includes in capabilities and AI credits, when credits reset, and how to change plan, cancel, fix a payment or reach sales.

Workspace settings > Billing shows the workspace's plan, price, renewal date and card. An admin changes the plan and the card; a member reads the page. What each period cost is on Invoices.

Before you start

  • Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, entered through checkout. An unconverted trial expires and the widget stops serving, so subscribe before the date the trial banner names.
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee covers the first paid month, counted from the first payment.
  • A workspace with no active subscription keeps its dashboard and history; the widget waits until you subscribe. Put it on your site on Home opens checkout.
  • Before the Demo call the page reads Checkout opens after your Demo call.

Setting it up

Core, Pro and Max are billed monthly, with no overage. Every plan runs the whole agent: Core holds 23 capabilities, Pro and Max add to them. A locked page stays visible, names the plan that opens it, and keeps what you built.

  • Adjust plan opens the four plan cards, yours marked Current plan; pick another to open checkout. The fourth card, Enterprise, goes through Contact sales.
  • Cancel subscription asks you to confirm, then keeps the plan active until the date the card shows; the widget stops serving then. Your data stays, and Adjust plan subscribes you again.
  • Payment names the default card. Update opens your stored cards: make another the default, remove a spare, or add one. The default card cannot be removed.

What it changes

  • Every model call spends AI credits from one pool: a chat answer, an Insights look, a Person summary, a Console turn, saving a group as an Insight, labelling topics. Training a source spends none. A call is charged on the tokens it used; a chat answer costs between half a credit and two. Every AI button shows its estimate first.
  • Credits reset at the start of each billing period. At 80% this page warns you; at 100% the widget pauses for your end users and every AI button stops until the next period. Upgrading adds the larger plan's credits to the current period at once. Nothing is ever charged on top of the plan price.
  • A plan change partway through a period keeps the credit period, so the reset date on Usage can differ from the renewal date here.
  • Caps apply only when you create something: over a new cap, what you built keeps working and only the next create is refused.

When it goes wrong

  • Your last payment failed. Service continues while the banner is up; Fix payment method opens your stored cards.
  • Plan changes need an admin. A member sees no checkout.
