Invoices
Read what your workspace has paid in each billing period, open an invoice and its PDF on Stripe, and tell a settled period from one still running.
Workspace settings > Invoices lists what this workspace has paid, one row for each billing period. Every member can read it. Changing the plan or the card is on Billing.
Setting it up
There is nothing to configure. The table has three columns, Invoice (the date the period opened), Status and Total, newest first, and pages once there are more rows than fit.
Status is Open while the period is still running and its payments are not settled, Paid once they are. A period's total is what that period cost in all, so a month with both a plan change and a renewal reads higher than the plan price.
A row opens the invoice page on Stripe in a new tab, where the PDF is. When a period holds more than one payment, the row opens the breakdown first: one line per payment with its Payment, Status, Card and Amount, then Subtotal, Tax and Total. A payment is labelled Plan change or Renewal. From there each line opens its own invoice page.
What it changes
- Nothing. The page only reads. Credits, seats and the rest are on Usage.
- The first row appears after your first payment, so a workspace still in its trial reads No invoices yet.
- A workspace ARCY does not invoice reads This Workspace is not invoiced through ARCY. instead of the table. That is a demo workspace, and an Enterprise one, which is invoiced against its contract.
When it goes wrong
- No invoice page is available for this payment yet. Stripe has not published it. It usually arrives within a few minutes of the payment.
- This payment took no money, so it has no invoice page. A payment of zero, such as a plan change that used credit you had already paid, has nothing to show.
- The invoice page could not be fetched from Stripe. Try again in a minute. The row is right, the fetch failed. Nothing was charged twice.
