ARCY AI

Usage

Read how much of each plan ceiling your workspace has used, where every AI credit went this period, and how end-user sessions run day by day.

Workspace settings > Usage is where you read consumption. To cap it, go to Limits. Admins only.

Setting it up

There is nothing to configure. The page opens with every ceiling your plan sets and how much of it is used. AI credits and Events tracked reset with your billing cycle, and each card prints the date it resets. Products, Team seats, Training Sources and Flows follow, fixed by your plan. A ceiling your plan does not cap shows the count and Unlimited.

The AI credits ring fills in two parts, Widget for what your end users' chat spent and Dashboard for what your team's AI actions spent, with both figures under it. Flows are counted per Product, and the ceiling applies to each Product on its own. With more than one Product, the ring shows the total split by Product and the list under it gives each Product's own count.

Credit activity lists every charge this billing period, newest first: when, the action, the Product, who ran it (the operator's name, or End user for a chat answer) and the credits to two decimals. Every charge is named by what spent it, from Chat answer and Console turn to Build a flow and Suggest experiments: plan, so you can always tell one from another. Click a column header to sort the whole period by it. The table gives the credits consumed this period and pages.

AI credit usage shows credits a day over a date range you pick and, when the workspace has more than one Product, Credits by product. Activity shows Daily activity for the same range: sessions, events and active users, one metric plotted at a time.

What it changes

  • Deleting a flow or a Source frees its slot at once.
  • What a credit is, what each plan includes, and when the ceilings reset is on Billing.
