Read what the Convert, Activate and Retain agents found worth your time this week, narrow to one agent, and ask an agent to look again.
Insights is where the three agents write down what they found this week. Each card names its agent, the place, the number a tool returned, and one next step.
Before you start
The agents look once an environment has 20 tracked people in the last 30 days; below that the page names the install or the traffic step instead. Every card counts consented browsers only.
Setting it up
All, Convert, Activate and Retain filter the cards by the agent that wrote them. Look now runs the selected agent once a day; with All selected it runs the three in order. The countdown says when the weekly run is next.
What it changes
Each agent writes at most five open insights, so the page shows at most fifteen. A card whose next step ARCY can do carries the control; otherwise it reads You do it, ARCY proves it next week. Improving means the number fell since the card was written; Quiet hides the card; the Show quiet insights button under the cards, which carries the count, brings it back. Copy problem statement copies the pattern, the count, the place and the cited sessions as one text. Ask the Console opens the Console with a question about this card filled in.
The Convert agent reads consent shifts, where uncompleted browsers stopped and the questions ARCY could not answer. The Activate agent reads weak flow steps, elements a step could not find, funnel drop-offs and where new people stopped inside their Window. The Retain agent reads Segment changes and at-risk lists that grew. Nothing on a card was typed by an agent: every place and every number came from a tool, and every card is written in both languages at once.
What ARCY looked at lists the last run's steps. A run that hit its safety cap says so.
