Console
Ask one question that crosses Convert, Activate and Retain, read an answer built only from tool facts, and turn a finding into a Target or trigger draft without leaving the page.
Console is where you ask about your Product in plain words and the ARCY Console answers from what your visitors did. It reads every Kind's Targets, drop-offs, at-risk people, Segments, traffic, struggle and conversations in the window you name, so a question that joins two Kinds or two months has one place to go.
Before you start
- You need an Admin role to ask for a draft. A Member can ask anything else, and is told an Admin has to draft when they ask for one.
- Each operator gets ten turns a day, shown under the composer. A stopped turn counts.
- Answers count consented browsers only; Traffic is the one page that counts everyone.
Setting it up
Type a question into the composer, or tap one of the four Console starters under it. A starter is a full question with its number in it: some ARCY wrote for your Product this week, some come from what is on your pages right now, and a fixed set that works before any data exists. The Refresh icon beside the list asks ARCY to write new ones, once a day; while it waits, hovering it says when it opens again.
While the Console works, its trail shows what it is reading. When it is done the trail folds to one line; tap it to see every step again. Ask a follow-up in the same thread: the Console remembers this thread's own words, never another thread's.
To turn a finding into a change, ask for it: "Draft a Retain trigger for people idle on billing after day 3". The Console writes one draft per turn and shows it as a card with one control, Open the Target. A question that does not ask for a draft never writes one.
What it changes
Every number in an answer comes from a tool result. A figure the Console could not trace to one is marked, and the trail says so; the answer still arrives. The answer ends with Where to look: Open Target, Open these sessions on the Activity page, Open Segment and Open Flow analytics, built from what the Console read, so reading turns into looking.
A draft from the Console lands on the Agents page under Proposed by the agent, marked "drafted by the Console from your question" with a link back to the thread, and is published or discarded there like an agent's draft (Agents). Nothing is published from the thread, and the Console never edits a flow, a Persona or a setting.
Threads are yours: private to your account, one list per environment, newest first. The list is in the sidebar under Console: open it with the chevron next to the label, start with New chat, and hover a thread for Chat options, where Rename edits the title in place (Enter saves, Escape cancels) and Delete removes it. Stop ends a running turn and keeps what it found; the answer reads Stopped by you. Closing the tab does not stop a turn: reopen the thread and the answer is there.
Ask the Console on a Target page and on an insight card opens this page with a question about that Target or that insight filled in, and sends nothing until you do.
