Sign up with a work email, name your company and first Product, answer three questions, open the Demo ARCY builds from your site, and unlock the real environments on a Demo call.

Signing up takes you from nothing to a demo of ARCY built from your own site in one sitting: the sign-up form, then five onboarding steps in the same card with a step bar at the top, then the Demo. If a colleague already uses ARCY, do not sign up: ask them to invite you from Workspace settings > Team and you join the workspace your team already has, with any email address.

Before you start

An email address on your company's own domain. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and disposable addresses do not open a workspace. See the work email rule.
Nothing else. No plan and no card: checkout opens after the Demo call.

Signing up

Open the sign-up page. Sign up with your work email and a password, or continue with Google using an account on your company domain. The method you pick is the method you sign in with later. An email sign-up sends you a code to type back; Google skips that step.

Create a new workspace

A workspace is your company inside ARCY: its Products, teammates and billing. ARCY reads your email's website and fills Company name for you; change it if it is wrong, then choose Create workspace. You can rename it later on Account.

Name your product

A Product is one piece of software you put ARCY on. Product name arrives filled from your site, with its logo; choose Create product. Every Product has two real environments:

Production, for your live site. It answers only on a Site under a Domain you have verified.
Development, for building and testing. It accepts any address.

Let's build your demo

Three questions, one tap each: Which team will use ARCY first?, What should your demo show?, and one monthly number that sets the demo's size. Skip on any of them builds the most general demo for that answer. The last tap builds the Demo and opens it.

Open your demo

You land on Home in the Demo, under Your demo. Its three Insights appear when the build finishes, and the Live preview below shows ARCY on a copy of your own homepage.

Book the Demo call

Development, Production, Installation and checkout open after a short call with an ARCY founder. Book a demo is on Home and on every page that waits for the call. You can put ARCY on your site during it.

Install

After the call, your Token is on Configure > Installation; follow the Quickstart from there. No Secret was shown at sign-up: create one with Replace the Secret on API Keys when your server needs it.

The work email rule

ARCY opens a workspace only for an address on your company's own domain. The check runs after the workspace is created, not on the sign-up form. A personal address opens the workspace and loses it a moment later, and you land on a screen titled Your workspace was not created. Two ways forward:

Sign out and start again with your work address.
Ask a colleague to invite you. An invited member can use any address.

If your domain is legitimate and you were blocked anyway, use Talk to us. on that screen.

The rule keeps applying to the person who created the workspace: their active email has to stay on a company domain. Invited members are never subject to it.
