Usage

Where you watch consumption, as opposed to Limits, where you cap it.

Settings > Usage shows credit consumption and session activity across your workspace. It's a read-only view: to set a ceiling on any of this, see Limits. Admin only.

Plan limits

Settings > Usage opens with Plan limits: one gauge per ceiling your plan sets, and how much of it is gone.

LimitWhat it countsResets
CreditsSpent on chat replies and micro-insightsEvery billing period
ProductsApps instrumented with ARCYNever, it is what exists now
Team seatsMembers plus pending invitationsNever, it is what exists now
Events trackedBehavioural events stored for your workspaceEvery billing period
Training SourcesSource rows, whatever their page countNever, it is what exists now
FlowsAuthored flows across your appsNever, it is what exists now

Two of these reset and four do not, and that difference matters. Credits and tracked events are consumption: spending them does not give them back until the period rolls. Products, seats, Sources and Flows are inventory: deleting a Flow frees its slot immediately.

A gauge turns amber past 75% and red once you reach the ceiling. A limit your plan does not cap shows the count and the word Unlimited instead of a gauge.

Credits

Pick a date range, and if your workspace has more than one app, filter to one of them. The range button works the same way here as on Activity: three presets next to a calendar for any custom window. You see:

  • Credit quota: a gauge reading "used of allowance", with the credits left underneath. This one always reports your current billing period, whatever range you pick, because an allowance only exists per period. When your range reaches back past the start of that period, the burn chart marks the boundary with a dashed line.
  • Daily credit burn over the window.
  • Mode breakdown: how your credits split between the two things ARCY bills for, Chat turns and Micro-insights, with the range total in the middle and the current cost of each above.
  • Credits by app, when you have more than one.

If nothing has been used yet: "Your credit usage will appear here."

Activity

Pick a date range, with the same optional app filter. The range button opens a picker with three one-click presets (last 7, 30, or 90 days) next to a calendar, so you can also select any custom window by clicking its first and last day. Future dates are not selectable.

You see:

  • Active users as a headline number.
  • Daily activity: one chart with sessions and events as totals above it. Click a total to plot that metric over the window.

If there's no activity in the range: "No activity data for this period. Try a different date range or check back later."

There's no environment breakdown here, and no anonymous-versus-identified split; that distinction lives in the caps you set under Limits, not in this consumption view.
